What to Bring / What to Wear
We recommend you wear clothing that could get wet, a hat, sunglasses and close-toed footwear that can get wet. All fishing gear is provided.
It's always a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket or a warm sweater as the mountain weather can change quickly - even on sunny days! It's also a good idea to pack a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen and a snack.
Don't forget your camera to capture your adventure!
We ask that you please bring your own reusable water bottle - we're working to reduce plastic waste. Did you know that Whistler has some of the cleanest and freshest tap water in the world? Our alpine-fresh water supply comes from beautiful Rainbow Lake which is fed by ancient glaciers.

“Our guide gave us tips on where to cast and helped us change lures as the sun rose. My son caught a big beautiful Rainbow Trout! We loved that the trip was catch and release and that barbless hooks were used, so the fish could be safely returned to the lake.”
