Agent Policies:

1. Group Booking and Confirmation Policy

* A group is considered 8 people or more

* Once a group booking is made and confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

* All group bookings will be confirmed through our administration groups department.

* 1b) Tours will be run only when conditions are safe. If we deem the conditions to be unsafe we will either change the tour or the equipment used in the tour or postpone the tour or if we must, cancel the tour.

This policy will be used at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy For Group Bookings

* Final numbers must be confirmed within 14 days of the tour departure, any changes within these 14 days are charged the full price of the tour;

* If changes are made to the final numbers within 14 days of the tour departure, the agent is billed for the higher of the two numbers.

* There will be a 10% administration fee for all cancellations prior to the14 days before the tour date.

3. Payment and Billing Policies:

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is due at time of confirmation.

Final Billing:

* The agent will be billed for the number of guests confirmed 14 days prior to departure, or any increase in guest number thereafter;

* The agent will be billed less the deposit received.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due the day of the tour departure date, and is subject to late payment penalties.

Late Payment Penalties:

Penalties in the form of interest charges on overdue accounts will be applied to accounts overdue at the rate of 2% per month on all forms of bookings (Daily with vouchers, Group and Special events

Payment Method:

* Payment for deposits and final billing can made by cheque;

* We will accept payment by credit card, and we will add the credit card fee for each type of card used to the final billing amount as follows:

Visa and MC 2.5% Amex and JCB 4.0%

4. Gratuity Policy

All group bookings will be charged gratuity calculated at $20 per guide for all activities. This will be added into initial quote and the final billing.

5. Group

Eight people and up constitute a group.

6. Commission

We offer a 15% commission before tax on our Group or FIT prices to our Booking Partners.

7. GST

5% GST will be added to all prices.

8. Numbers

Whistler Eco Tours is able to accommodate up to 40 participants per time slot / per tour.

9. To Make A Booking

All booking are needed to be faxed in to 604-935-4901 or emailed to keenan@whistlerecotours.com where WET will faxed back or e-mail back the confirmation.

* Please note a tour is not a confirmed booking until WET has replied with a confirmation.

10. Transfers

All tours include transfers. All tours time duration include transfer times.
